How buying works

Seth reviews it. The carrier decides.

A page does not enroll you. You book a call or send a note. Seth looks at it himself. If you apply, you answer the carrier's questions. The carrier decides whether to issue a policy.

The path

What happens when you buy?

You reach out, Seth reviews the situation, and the carrier decides.

01

You reach out

Book a health call, or use the form on the health page. Do not send a medical history in a website note.

02

Seth reviews it

He looks at the request himself. You may get a short personal video, or a call. That depends on the situation. He does not hand the recommendation to an assistant.

03

You see options

Prices in that video or on that call are what was quoted that day. The carrier sets the final premium when it reviews an application. Any fee is listed on the quote. The four gaps are part of the conversation: maternity, mental health, substance use treatment, and pediatric dental.

04

You apply with the carrier

If you want to go ahead, Seth sends a secure application from the insurance company. You read each question, including the time frame, and you answer it yourself. Seth will not tell you how to answer. If an answer is yes, or you are not sure, stop and book a call before you submit.

05

The carrier reviews it

That often takes a few business days, and it can take longer. The carrier may call to confirm an answer. Coverage starts only when the carrier issues the policy. Do not drop a plan you have now until Seth confirms in writing that the new policy is active.

06

If the policy is issued

Seth sends the documents, how to open the member account, and a link to book a short call before the first doctor visit. The brochure and the policy control the benefits.

07

If the carrier declines

Seth contacts you. Other options may exist. What to do next is a call, not a guess from this page.

Who does what

Who can answer a coverage question?

Seth answers coverage questions. An assistant, if he uses one, can book a call and check whether an application was submitted.

Seth

  • Reviews the request and explains the options.
  • Sends the carrier application if you decide to apply.
  • Does not answer the health questions for you.
  • Stays on after the policy is issued, including claims questions and billing problems.

An assistant

  • Is not a licensed agent, and will say so.
  • Can book time, resend a link, check whether an application was submitted, and help if a page will not load.
  • Cannot recommend a plan, quote a price, or say what a policy covers.
  • Sends those questions to Seth.

The carrier can check its own records. After a policy is issued, it can review records when a claim comes in. An answer that does not match the question can lead to a denied claim or a cancelled policy. Honest answers are what make a policy able to pay.

Privacy and calls

What does this office collect?

Forms on this site do not ask for medical records, Social Security numbers, or payment card numbers. Calls and texts need the consent box.

  • Read the Privacy Policy and the Terms. Forms on this site do not ask for medical records, Social Security numbers, or payment card numbers.
  • Calls and texts need the consent box. If you check it, Branded Insurance Group (Seth Brand Insurance LLC) may call and text you about your inquiry, including with automated technology and prerecorded or artificial voice messages. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. Reply STOP to opt out of texts. Reply HELP for help. Email seth@brandedinsurancegroup.com to opt out of other messages.
  • If a call is recorded, we say so at the start. You can decline. Florida requires every person on the call to agree before it is recorded.
  • We do not sell your information. The privacy policy states that in full.

We also place life insurance. Book a life call. Disability insurance is for people 55 and under. Need an ACA plan or Medicare? We can help with that too.
