Who we are

This website, brandedinsurancegroup.com, is operated by Seth Brand Insurance LLC ("we," "us," "our"), an independent life and health insurance agency based in Miami, Florida. This policy explains what information we collect through brandedinsurancegroup.com, how we use it, and how we protect it.

Information we collect

We collect information only when you choose to give it to us. Forms on this site include a general connect form, a term life quote request, a short health quote form, a referral form, and a recruiting form. Depending on the form, we collect:

• Your name, email address, and phone number
• State, ZIP code, household size, and the type of coverage you ask about
• Notes you type about the situation
• If an advisor submits a referral: the advisor's name, email, firm, and phone
• Whether you checked a box agreeing to calls and texts, and whether you agreed that we may update a referring advisor on status
• The page you submitted from, a referral code if you arrived through one, and campaign parameters (such as utm_source) that were on the link

We do not collect payment card information, Social Security numbers, or medical records on our own forms. If you continue to a carrier's quote page, or use a life quote tool embedded on the life page, that provider collects what its own form asks for. That can include age, tobacco use, and other details used to price coverage. Their policy applies once you are on their page.

Life quote tool

The life quote tool on our website is provided by a third party, Ninja Quoter. Ninja Quoter may set cookies and receives the information entered in that tool (such as date of birth, gender, tobacco use, health class, and contact details) to generate quotes and deliver the request to us.

How we use your information

We use the information you provide to:

• Respond to your insurance inquiry and prepare quotes
• Contact you by phone, email, or, if you opted in, by text about that inquiry
• Schedule a call if you book one
• Tell a referring advisor the status described below
• Meet the recordkeeping requirements that apply to licensed insurance agents

We contact you about the inquiry you submitted. We do not use your information for unrelated marketing.

Referrals and advisor updates

A CPA or advisor may send us your name and contact information, or you may arrive through their link. We keep a record of that referral so we know who asked us to help.

If you agree, or if the advisor confirms you asked them to share your information and expect to hear from us, we may tell that advisor whether we connected with you and whether coverage was placed or not placed. We do not send the advisor health information, medical details, or the reason a carrier made a decision.

The advisor who referred you may open a private page for their own referrals. For you, that page shows your first name, the first letter of your last name, the date of the referral, and a short status: received, contacted, quoted, application, placed, or closed. It does not show your full last name, email, phone, health information, product, or premium.

You can ask us to stop those status updates by emailing seth@brandedinsurancegroup.com.

Calls and text messages

If you check the consent box on a form, you agree that Branded Insurance Group may call and text you at the number you provided about your inquiry and quotes. That includes calls and texts made with automated technology and prerecorded or artificial voice messages. The box is unchecked unless you check it. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. We store the choice you made, the time, the page URL, the text version (tcpa-v1-2026-10), and the IP address when the submission includes one.

We do not sell or share your information

We share information only in these limited situations:

• With the referring advisor, the private status page shows first name, last initial, referral date, and one of these words: received, contacted, quoted, application, placed, or closed. It does not include contact details, health information, products, or premiums.
• With insurance carriers, when you ask us to obtain a quote, and only the information that quote requires
• With service providers listed below, who may use it only to provide that service to us
• When required by law, subpoena, or a state insurance regulator

A status update to your advisor is not a sale of your information and is not marketing by the advisor.

Service providers

• Netlify hosts this website and stores a copy of each form submission.
• Zoho CRM stores the contact and, when the inquiry is about coverage, the deal we work from.
• Calendly schedules a call if you pick a time. The booking page receives the name and email you submitted, plus campaign parameters from the link you used.
• Ninja Quoter provides the life quote tool on the life page. It can set its own cookies and receives the information entered in that tool to generate quotes and deliver the request to us.
• If you continue from the health form, you leave this site for the carrier's quote page. That carrier's privacy policy applies there.

Data security

We use reasonable, industry standard safeguards to protect the information you submit. Our website is served over an encrypted HTTPS connection, and access to inquiry records is limited to Seth Brand and anyone he authorizes to assist with your request. No method of transmission or electronic storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

How long we keep your information

We keep inquiry records for as long as needed to serve you and to satisfy the recordkeeping rules that apply to licensed insurance agents. You may ask us to delete your information at any time using the contact details below.

Your choices

• Reply STOP to any text message to stop SMS messages from us
• Email us to opt out of all communications
• Ask for a copy of, a correction to, or deletion of the information we hold about you

Children's privacy

This website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date at the top of the page shows when it was last revised.
